Heelthy is a small, student-run project — right now it's just a couple of us building this as part of an incubator program, not a large company with a legal department. That doesn't change what we owe you: this page explains, in plain language, exactly what we collect, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it.
We don't track you, buy data about you, or collect anything beyond what you actually type into our forms or upload. Specifically:
Just us — the small team running Heelthy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing or advertising. We don’t have "partners" or "affiliates" that receive your data, because we don’t have any.
The only situations where your information would ever leave our hands:
Your information is stored in our database and file storage. We take reasonable care to protect it, but as a small student project, we don't have a dedicated security team.
Practical note: please don't upload anything more sensitive than you're comfortable with — a description of your foot condition and a casual photo are exactly what we need. You don't need to send formal medical records.
You can ask us at any time to:
Email us at heelthyinfo@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
We only use what's needed to keep you logged in — a login token stored in your browser. No third-party analytics, ad trackers, or marketing cookies.
Heelthy isn't intended for use by children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy as the project grows. We'll update the date at the top whenever we do.
