Heelthy is a small, student-run project — these terms explain what it means to use the site: browsing the shop, submitting a custom-fit request, or creating an account, and what you can expect from us in return. See also our Privacy Policy.
By using the Heelthy site — browsing the shop, submitting a custom-fit request, creating an account, or sending us a message — you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Heelthy is meant for anyone who could use a better-fitting insole, including younger customers. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should be involved when creating an account, submitting a request, or accepting a quote, since it involves a purchase.
To submit a custom-fit request, you'll need a Heelthy account (email/password or Google sign-in). You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information on your account. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms or appears fraudulent.
Submitting a custom-fit request — a description of your foot condition plus any photos you choose to upload — isn't a purchase, it's a request for us to review and price. We'll follow up with a quote through your account, and that quote isn't final until you accept it there.
Heelthy doesn't process payment through the site yet — after you accept a quote, we'll follow up separately to arrange payment. Because we don't have a formal cancellation or refund process built into the platform yet, if you need to cancel or have concerns after accepting, email us at heelthy.notify@gmail.com and we'll work it out with you directly. We'll expand this section once that's built into the site.
Photos and descriptions you upload are used only to assess and produce your order — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.
The Shop page shows ready-made insoles with prices listed per item. Buying isn't yet handled directly on the site — "Shop Now" takes you to our contact form so we can arrange the order and payment with you personally by email. We'll update this section once in-site checkout exists.
Prices shown on the Shop page reflect what's listed at the time you view the page and may change without notice — confirm the current price with us before completing a purchase. Custom-fit insoles don't have a listed price; the quote you receive after we review your request is what applies, not any estimate elsewhere on the site.

The Heelthy name, logo, and site content belong to Heelthy and are for personal, non-commercial use. Photos or files you upload for a custom-fit request stay yours — you're just giving us permission to use them to assess and produce your order.
Heelthy is a small, student-run project, not a large company, and we can't guarantee against every possible issue. We'll do our best to get quotes, orders, and information right, but can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to using Heelthy is limited to what you actually paid us for the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Quebec.
We may update these terms as Heelthy grows. We'll update the date at the top whenever we do.
